The best time to buy in a new community is often right at the grand opening.

This is when:

  • The community is first released
  • Pricing is at its most competitive
  • You have the most options for homesites and floorplans

Builders are focused on creating demand and getting momentum, so early buyers are typically getting in at the lowest base pricing available.

📈 As Homes Sell… Prices Increase
